Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to withdraw his motion. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor called the Senate. The presence of Senators Adams, Donley, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp was noted.
