SB 49                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 49 An Act repealing certain filing statements                  
and bonds for enforcement and collection of certain taxes and license          
fees; relating to service of process on nonresident taxpayers; and             
providing for an effective date was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that                
he be allowed to withdraw his motion. Without objection, it was so             
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
Senator Taylor called the Senate.                                              
                                                                               
The presence of Senators Adams, Donley, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips,             
Sharp was noted.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor lifted the call.

passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.

The question being: Shall SENATE BILL NO. 49 An Act                            
repealing certain filing statements and bonds for enforcement and              
collection of certain taxes and license fees; relating to service of           
process on nonresident taxpayers; and providing for an effective

clause.  Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was                 
referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
